Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

2018 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Our organization serves the needs of young children in a variety of ways, including an Annual Educational Conference each year that provides opportunities for continuing education in the latest and best knowledge in early childhood education as well as promoting high standards of teacher competency. Typically 1000 to 1200 early childhood educators from all over Georgia and surrounding states attend our conference.
One of the highlights of our conference is the Exhibit Hall, which is carpeted and holds 50 exhibitors. We invite companies to participate that sell items that are helpful to the conference attendees.

PayPal Exhibitor Fees 2018

Once you choose your Exhibitor Request option and click on the Add to Cart button, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.  If you need Extra Lunches, you will need to go back to the GPA website and choose how many additional lunches you need and then click on that Add to Cart button.  This same rule applies if you wish to add advertising options.  PayPal will automatically total up your fees if you have a PayPal account, if you do not, payments will have to be made separately for each option.  (Please include all receipts along with your registration forms when you mail them to Karen Coffeen).
